You may request an address change on an order that hasn't shipped yet by reaching out to us immediately. 

Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team is moving quickly to get it shipped, so while we can’t guarantee the change, we will do our very best to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, you may try contacting the carrier directly to request changes.
