How can I make changes to my delivery?Updated 23 days ago

Once an order ships, we are unable to make changes to it. However, you can contact the shipping carrier directly to request a change. 

If your order was shipped via UPS, take a look at their My Choice program to request changes:  UPS My Choice. 

If your order was shipped via USPS, take a look at their Package Intercept program to request changes: USPS Package Intercept.

If your order was shipped via FedEx, take a look at their reroute option to request changes: FedEx Reroute.
