I placed an order and didn't receive a confirmation/receipt. What do I do?Updated 24 days ago

Here are a few tips for confirming your order / verifying your purchase:

1. Thoroughly check your inbox. Check your regular inbox and spam/junk folder to see if your confirmation email / order receipt got filed there. Note: If you do locate your order confirmation/receipt in your spam/junk folder, be sure to add us as a contact so that you don't miss future order notifications. 
2. Verify your purchase. If you do not find the order confirmation/receipt after thoroughly checking your inbox the next step is to verify your purchase by reviewing your billing/transaction history for any cards you may have used. NOTE: Transactions with us will detail CANNANINE.COM. 
3. Contact us. If you are unable to locate the email confirmation / order receipt but, DO find a charge, please contact us here. Be sure to provide the full name, email address, and full shipping address that would've been used on the order. A member of our team will verify and assist with any other questions/concerns you may have.
