Need your next Autoship order sooner or later? You can reschedule it anytime from your account.
Your next order date, shown as Next Occurrence Date in your account, is the day your order processes. Delivery usually follows a few business days later.
How to change your next order date
- Log in to your account. Select My Account from the menu on our website, then enter your email and password.
- Forgot your password? Choose Log in Without Password, and we'll email you a login link. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Go to Scheduled Orders.
- Select the subscription you want to change, then select Make Changes.
- Select Reschedule or the Next Occurrence Date. A calendar will open.
- Choose your new date, then select Update Schedule to save.
After your rescheduled order processes, future orders continue based on your delivery frequency.
Is an order already processing?
Rescheduling won't affect an order that's already processing. To check, go to My Account > Orders. If you need to change a processing order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
