Autoship delivers your pet's favorites automatically, on a schedule you choose. You can change, pause, or cancel anytime.

How to start

• Find your product. Browse or search our website, then open the product page.
• Choose the Autoship option. Eligible products show two ways to buy: a one-time purchase or Autoship. Autoship may appear as "Autoship to Save," "Sign Up for Autoship," or "Subscribe & Save."
• Pick your delivery frequency. Choose how often you'd like it delivered, from every week to every 18 weeks.
• Add to cart. Add any other products you'd like. You can still adjust your Autoship frequency from the cart.
• Check out. Enter or select your shipping address and payment method, review your order, and select Place Order.

Your first order ships right away. After that, orders are placed automatically based on the frequency you chose.

Tip: Choosing a frequency
Pick a schedule that matches how long your product lasts. A 60-count jar of chews given twice a day, for example, lasts about 30 days, so every 4 weeks would be a good fit. You can always adjust it later.

Managing your Autoship

Once your Autoship is set up, you can manage it anytime from My Account > Scheduled Orders:

• Change your next order date
• Change your delivery frequency
• Add or remove products
• Update your payment information
• Update your shipping address
• Pause or cancel your Autoship
